Adverse & Impaired Credit Mortgage Solutions
Your Pathway to Home Ownership & Remortaging
I understand that financial difficulties can affect anyone at some point in their lives. Whether you've experienced late payments, County Court Judgments (CCJs), defaults, or other credit issues, this does not necessarily mean that home ownership or securing a better mortgage deal is out of reach.
As an experienced mortgage advisor, I specialise in helping clients with less-than-perfect credit find suitable mortgage solutions. I work with a wide range of lenders, including those who are experienced in assisting borrowers with previous credit challenges.
I take the time to understand your individual circumstances, assess your credit history, and explore the most appropriate options available to you. My aim is to provide clear, straightforward advice and guide you through the process, helping you make informed decisions with confidence.
Whatever your situation, I am committed to finding the most suitable mortgage solution for your needs. Whether you're looking to buy your first home, move property, remortgage, or simply explore your options, I can help turn your plans into reality and support you every step of the way.
Elsby Associates usually charges a fee for mortgage advice. The amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances and will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity.
For our Mortgage Advice Services, our typical fee is £195 on application and a fee of £300 on a Mortgage Offer issued.
For our Equity Release & Retirement Mortgage Advice Service, we will charge a fee of £995 on completion only.
For Mortgages, Protection, General Insurance and Equity Release, Elsby Associates Limited (FCA No. 447361) is an Appointed representative of Julian Harris Adviser Network Ltd (FCA No. 304155), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Think carefully before securing debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other debt secured on it. Please note that some mortgages such as commercial BTLs are not regulated by the FCA.
Equity release may involve a lifetime mortgage or a home reversion plan. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration. Equity release may impact the size of your estate and it could affect your entitlement to current and future means-tested benefits.
